The three ways to clean carpets.

Wet Extraction.

Hot water is pressure injected into the carpet to get deep down dirt and grime loose. It is then vacuumed out to a waste tank. The modern machines all have 3 vacuums and are incredibly powerful so carpets are not left over wet, and as dirt is removed as possible.

Texatherm

This relatively new technology involves chemically treating the carpet then the use of a rotary machine and a wool pad called a bonnet. As the bonnet spins over the treated carpet a mixture of heat and chemical reaction cause the grease and dirt to loosen and attach to the wool pad. The pads are frequently changed and removed for washing. This leaves the carpet beautifully clean.

Steam Cleaning

Industrial steamers have to be used with care,however they do have there application. Where there is very heavy soiling or grease they can be used for pre treating before cleaning. Occasionally there is a problem with infection such as mrsa or insects steam can help sterilize the area. They also can help with the removal of chewing gum and other debris.
